REASON # 51

vicfnd-countup-hdr-51The National Right to Life Victory Fund is running this series of 54 Reasons to Defeat Barack Obama as a way to commemorate the 54 million unborn children who have lost their lives to the abortion policies Obama supports.  Previous reasons in this series can be found at www.nrlvictoryfund.org

Reason #51 to Defeat Barack Obama:  4 Million Dead

vicfund-donate-sq-052312
Since Barack Obama took office in January 2009, more than four million unborn human beings have been killed, violently, by abortionists.

With the annual number of abortions around 1.2 million per year, the four years of the Obama term will end with the loss of 4.8 million innocent unborn babies’ lives.

Barack Obama could not have saved every one of those babies during his term.  But he could have saved many of them.

Instead, he championed policies to make the tragedy worse.

Obama appointed two Supreme Court justices whose records indicate they support the Roe v. Wade decision that forces states to allow abortion.  His first nominee, Sonia Sotomayor, had previously helped direct the litigation projects of a private organization that filed legal challenges to pro-life laws, including parental notification requirements.  His second nominee, Elena Kagan, while working as a key White House aide to President Clinton, helped direct a political strategy that kept partial-birth abortion legal for more than seven additional years.

Obama opposed this year’s congressional ban on sex-selection abortions, he weakened conscience protections for medical personnel, and his health care law will greatly expand the number of people in plans that cover abortion.

His Administration has forcefully defended federal and state funding for Planned Parenthood, the organization that does more than 330,000 abortions each year.

That doesn’t even mention his policies that fund and encourage groups engaged in abortion in other countries.

Occasionally I will get a letter or call from a pro-life person who thinks Obama’s support for abortion won’t make a difference to the unborn; they believe (or want to believe) they can vote for Obama on other issues without threatening the lives we are trying to defend.

They are wrong.

Reversing the Obama policies I’ve listed above, which is exactly what the pro-life team of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan will do in office, will save thousands, hundreds of thousands or millions of lives, depending on the time frame you use.

But four more years of Barack Obama will only lead to four million more dead babies.

The National Right to Life Victory Fund is working with great energy around the country to find and convince pro-life voters how important their vote is to the lives of unborn babies.  We are experts at persuading voters that their vote is literally a life-and-death issue for the unborn.  We also excel at getting the pro-life vote to the polls.

These are exactly the skills that are needed in this last week of the campaign – voter contacts that inform and motivate, tools that can turn a close election into a victory!

Please help us maximize those critical voter contacts over the next week with a generous donation to the National Right to Life Victory Fund.  If you know a pro-lifer who still doesn’t understand that a president does make an enormous difference whether unborn babies live or die, please share this e-mail with them before they vote.

You and I can help end the carnage Barack Obama is encouraging with his pro-abortion policies.  We can save precious lives and give unborn children a chance at life.  And that’s worth every little extra effort over this next week.

Please vote, talk to your friends about the importance of electing the Romney/Ryan team, and please support our important voter contact campaign in these final days.

Thank you!

REASON # 49

Reason # 49 to Defeat Barack Obama:
Pink slips . . . and black slips?

vicfund-donate-sq-052312
This week, as many as two million American workers are supposed to receive notice that their jobs will be ending – notices that are sometimes called “pink slips.”

The massive layoffs are scheduled to hit workers for defense and other federal contractors whose payments from Uncle Sam will end or be sharply cut January 2nd under the joint Obama/Congressional budget plan called “sequestration.”

Another federal law, called the WARN Act, guarantees workers the right to know 60 days ahead of wide-scale layoffs so they can plan to get other jobs or training.  But, as you’ve probably heard, the Obama Administration has recommended that employers ignore that law and not issue the pink slips 60 days before the layoffs as required.  You see, 60 days before January 2nd would be the end of this week . . . just days before the general election.

And nobody thinks Barack Obama wants upwards of two million workers getting pink slips just days before they and their families head to the polls.

There are other Americans who we think deserve notice before they’re hit with the life-changing effects of other Obama policies, and we’re trying to think of a memorable name for those notices.

For example:

What notice do you give someone who is going to die because under Obamacare they are not going to get the treatment they need to live?

What notice do you give a nation whose children are going to die because the U.S. government is giving foreign aid money not for the nation’s humanitarian needs, but to abortion advocates who use it to lobby for laws that kill their children.

And if you had the chance, what message could you give to an unborn child who will never have a childhood, a family, a life among us because of Obama policies that encouraged the child to be aborted.

It understates the gravity of the issue and the sheer human loss to call such notices, if they existed, “black slips.”  But I can’t think of a phrase that better reflects these somber occurrences.

Sadly, just as Obama refuses to follow the law on sequestration pink slips, he surely won’t give Americans the warning they deserve that Obamacare will threaten the lives of their loved ones, that Obama’s abortion policies threaten the unborn.

The best response to these tragedies is for all of us to give Barack Obama a collective pink slip on November 6th.  The pro-life team of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan we elect will fight to protect the unborn and medically vulnerable patients . . . and they’ll level with us about it.

And right now, you can help in that fight.  Your donation to the National Right to Life Victory Fund today will help us continue to make crucial voter contacts right up until election day.  Please use the links below to donate and to share this message with any undecided voters you know.

GOTV for Values

Help Liberty Action PAC reach 750,000 Values-Based Voters by Election Day!

From the Desk of:
Mat Staver

Like you, we are closely watching Hurricane Sandy. But at the same time, I am keenly focused on pressing forward with our critical efforts to defeat Barack Obama next Tuesday.  Please see below for a very important update – Mat.

As I informed you a few days ago, we have just launched Liberty Action PAC – a Super PAC (Political Action Committee) created to give our many friends and supporters a direct impact on this election and to defeat Barack Obama on Election Day.

Because of Hurricane Sandy’s approach, we are launching our historic “get out the vote” effort that will reach up to 750,000 pro-family voters today, Monday, October 29th!

This is no ordinary group of voters. They have all taken action on the pro-liberty, pro-life, pro-family, pro-Israel issues about which you and I are deeply concerned.  These patriots literally hold the key to winning this election!

++Important Update: 12 Key States To Defeat Obama

Our analysis indicates that 12 key battleground states will ultimately decide the election: Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, Iowa, Nevada, Wisconsin, New Hampshire, Colorado, New Mexico, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.  These “battleground” states are where we must defeat Obama.

I’m sure you realize that if we are unsuccessful in these states, we will suffer a crushing defeat that will give Barack Obama four more years to attack our liberties and our families!

That is why our final thrust is going to focus our Get Out The Vote efforts on pro-life and pro-family voters in these 12 key battleground states to maximize our impact.

But right now we are still far short of our funding goal to make our final, highly focused strategy the success it MUST be!

Because the election is just eight days away, we must have all the funds in hand BEFORE we begin focusing on battleground states. That means I urgently need to hear from you in the next 48 hours!

Go here:

++Just $30 Helps Get 300 Pro-Family Voters To The Polls!

My staff has worked diligently to make this historic effort as cost-effective as possible. As a result, your contribution of $30 will help us reach 300 pro-family voters!  These are the kind of patriotic Americans who will influence their communities and affect the actions of others.

If you can contribute $50, we will be able to contact 500 pro-family citizens who will be urged to vote and make sure other like-minded friends and associates turn out with them.

This is such a crucially important campaign that many of you will want to sponsor 5,000 contacts for $500…or even reach 10,000 pro-life, pro-family citizens with an investment of $1,000 in this powerful effort!

Again…this is not a random “get out the vote” effort. This is a highly strategic and focused effort that will reach pro-life, pro-family, and pro-liberty voters who literally hold the key to defeating Barack Obama.

And we know this is the case because one key battleground state had 300,000 fewer pro-family voters turn out in 2008’s presidential election than in 2004 – literally handing that state to Obama.

If the 2008 pattern is repeated and pro-family voters stay home next Tuesday, we will lose the 2012 presidential election!

That is why I must reach these 750,000 pro-family voters – starting TODAY and then focusing on the 12 key battleground states we have identified.

Please help.

This may be the last opportunity you have to do something tangible to defeat Barack Obama.

Obama has aggressively attacked our values. Now we must do everything in our power to DEFEAT HIM!

This is quite possibly the most urgent message I have ever sent you.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Mat Staver
Liberty Action PAC

P.S. Once again, due to the potential impact of Hurricane Sandy, we are launching our powerful Get Out The Vote effort to 750,000 active pro-faith, pro-family citizens a bit ahead of schedule.  We have also decided to focus our “last push” efforts on the 12 key battleground states.

I must have the funds in hand to reach these voters. Every dollar short of our goal means pro-family voters will not be reached. Please help today by going here:

10/29/2012
A couple of years ago, billionaire Obama supporter George Soros created a political project to help install liberal Democrats in state Secretary of State's offices all over America.
His goal? To control the people who control America's elections, state by state.
And, now, it may just be paying off. Absentee military voting is way down, by as much as 92% in some areas, according to published reports. Additionally, in at least 2 "swing" states, absentee ballot applications have been sent out late, in violation of federal law, to our active duty members of the military.
It has come out that Mr. Obama's head of the U. S. Department of Justice, Eric Holder, told state election officials, around the country, that the U. S. government would "look the other way," if the state officials did not comply with the federal laws protecting voting by our men and women in the armed forces.
And Barack Hussein Obama is supremely confident that he is going to win this election.
Please send faxes IMMEDIATELY to the Attorney General of each state. Tell them to make sure that their state's elections are fair and that EVERY military ballot is counted.
Even if that means counting military ballots that arrive late!
Barack Obama and his allies are working overtime to steal this year's election, and the American people need to stand up NOW.
Image of Michael Connelly, Executive Dir., USJF
Please fax every state Attorney General today. These individuals are the chief law enforcement officers of their states. They are the ones with the power to make sure that next month's election is free and fair. With enough public pressure, they can guarantee that every state secretary of state follows the law, instead of taking orders from George Soros and Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.
The falloff in the number of military ballots being requested in key swing states is staggering.
For instance, requests for military absentee ballots are down 46% percent in Florida, 70% percent in Virginia, and 70% percent in Ohio.
These are all states that Barack Hussein Obama must win in order to be "re-elected." Tens of thousands of military ballot applications are now missing!
It's clear that something terrible is going on. And Barack Obama knows all about it.
Please send your faxes immediately. I've taken the trouble of compiling a list of fax numbers for every state Attorney General in the country. Just go to this website, and, with a few clicks of your mouse, you can send a fax to every single state in America.
We can't let the brave men and women who defend our freedoms be disenfranchised by Barack Hussein Obama, or by a crooked Secretary of State who is in George Soros' back pocket.
Send Faxes Now Image
But, please act quickly. Early voting has already started. The election is well under way.
If we can't pressure the state Attorneys General to make sure every military ballot is counted, and that this election is fair, then I guarantee to you that Barack Hussein Obama will steal this election!
Please send your faxes NOW.

REASON # 48

vicfnd-countup-hdr-48
The National Right to Life Victory Fund is publishing this series of 54 Reasons to Defeat Barack Obama to commemorate the 54 million innocent unborn babies who have lost their lives to abortion in the United States since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision Barack Obama supports.  Other reasons in this series can be found at www.54reasons.com

Reason # 48 to Defeat Barack Obama:  The “Plan”

vicfund-donate-sq-052312
On the campaign stump looking to change the growing momentum for Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, Barack Obama can be seen waving a shiny blue brochure.  This booklet supposedly contains a “plan” for Obama’s policies in his second term, if he wins one.

Focus groups were showing undecided voters frustrated that Obama didn’t seem to have any plans to change the negative trajectory of the economy and of America’s standing in the world.  “Why should we give him a second term,” they were saying, “if he isn’t going to do anything to make things better?”

So his campaign whipped up a “plan,” put it in a fancy-looking glossy booklet, and mailed it to millions of American homes.  The fact that the “plan” is full of generalities promising more things like 2008’s “Hope” and “Change” probably will not be lost on voters this time.  They know that Hope didn’t work last time and most of the Change was for the worse.

If Obama’s plans for the economy and foreign policy are still unclear even after publishing his fancy “Plan” booklet, his plans for unborn children and the medically vulnerable elderly and disabled have been crystal clear for years.

The next four years of an Obama presidency would offer:
  1. Continued or increased taxpayer funding of overseas abortion advocates through U.S. Agency for International Development grants and through U.S. funding of the United Nations Population Fund.
  2. Appointment of more pro-abortion federal judges and, if there are vacancies, U.S. Supreme Court justices.
  3. An expansion of the number of people whose health insurance covers abortion, with the insurance plans themselves subsidized by your and my tax dollars.
  4. Rationing of needed life-saving medical treatment through Obamacare.  This would affect four groups in particular:  the elderly; disabled persons; and two groups not discussed much until now – the chronically ill and even potentially those who have acute, but temporary illnesses, but who might be denied care under the so-called “quality” and “efficiency” treatment limitation standards Obamacare will authorize federal bureaucrats to impose.
  5. More aggressive action by the State Department to promote the doctrine that other countries should legalize abortion and provide it to at least some of their citizens at public expense.
We know the plan.  If we let Obama win, we’ll have no excuse that we didn’t know how radical his policies would become.  Obama has led the way in abortion extremism since his days as a rookie state Senator in Illinois.  So, unlike his economic and foreign policy “plans,” we know exactly where he’s going on the life issues.

His policies will have more Americans, born and unborn, dying needlessly and suffering tragically.

But you and I still have time to prevent that.  The race between Obama and pro-life Mitt Romney is so close that who leads in the key swing states depends on which set of polls you believe more accurately reflect what the electorate will look like a week from Tuesday.  One group of polls has Romney with an edge in the swing states that will decide the election; another group of polls gives a slight edge there to Obama.  One thing that is consistent is that most polls show Romney leading nationally, although by a small margin.

That‘s why your help is still needed to help us make those final contacts to voters in the closing days.  Please support the National Right to Life Victory Fund with a generous donation today and please share this important e-mail with all your pro-life friends, especially those who might still be undecided about how they’re going to vote.

Obama got Osama.... not

Political Outcast
Dishonorable Disclosure

We've got a major problem....

In just a few days, National Geographic Channel will begin broadcasting "Seal Team Six: The Raid on Osama Bin Laden," even after reporting by the New York Times and other media outlets disclosed that the timing and editing of the film by Obama mega-donor and Hollywood liberal Harvey Weinstein were orchestrated to use the heroic work of U.S. Special Operations Forces to promote President Obama's re-election.  OPSEC's not going take this sitting down.

If we can raise the funds necessary -- we're going to air our hard-hitting ad, "Bump In The Road," right along-side the documentary on National Geographic Channel. Every person who watches will know how this documentary is exploiting service members, divulging national secrets that are putting special forces lives at risk, and is timed to be nothing more than an ad for President Obama.

Please make an urgent donation of $25, $50, $100 or more right now to help OPSEC send a powerful message to Obama, Hollywood liberal Harvey Weinstein, and anyone else who wants to exploit the hard work of America's Special Forces that they will have to score political points elsewhere!

It's truly sad that once again, Special Forces operations are being used as a political pawn to win votes for Obama's reelection....not to mention the further leaks of tactics and methods that will further jeopardize future missions against Al Qaeda. National Geographic's Channel own President even admitted that, "that some people were suspicious of the film's intentions."

OPSEC Team

Our ad hits the Obama Administration hard for lying about the attacks in Libya that cost the U.S. Ambassador, two former SEALs and another U.S. diplomat their lives while also having politicized the raid that killed Osama bin Laden.

So will you make an urgent donation to help us run this ad side-by-side with Harvey Weinstein's exploitive Seal Team Six documentary? It's absolutely critical we raise the funds necessary to get our response running right along side this TV program.

Playing politics with national security is wrong and endangers American lives. It will only result in special forces coming home in flag draped coffins because their missions have been reduced to petty political games in place of protecting America.

Thanks,

Scott Taylor
Former Navy SEAL

PS: If we can raise the funds necessary -- we're going to air our hard-hitting ad, "Bump In The Road," right along-side the documentary on National Geographic Channel. Please make an urgent donation of $25, $50, $100 or more right now to help OPSEC send a powerful message to Obama, Hollywood liberal Harvey Weinstein, and anyone else who wants to exploit the hard work of America's Special Forces that they will have to score political points elsewhere!

Another endorsement for Obama... but...

  1. Colin Powell endorses Obama
Salt Lake Tribune - 22 minutes ago
President Barack Obama, whose defense-spending plans are under attack by challenger Mitt Romney, was endorsed for re-election Thursday ...

Do you think this list of Flag grade officers carries more weight than that of Powell?
An impressive list if I do say so myself.

IMPORTANT breaking news prior to the election -
Flag officers endorse Romney  versus  Colin Powell for Obama.

IF YOU WATCHED THE SECOND PRESIDENTIAL DEBATES YOU WILL HAVE HEARD BARACK OBAMA STATE THAT  "THE MILITARY IS IN FAVOR OF THE CUTS  I'VE PUT  IN PLACE."  I HAVE BEEN PRIVY TO MEETINGS WHERE TOP MILITARY MEN SPOKE STRONGLY AGAINST  THOSE "CUTS."   IT  IS A WRITTEN LAW  THAT ACTIVE DUTY PERSONAL MAY NOT SPEAK THEIR MINDS POLITICALLY EXCEPT  BY POWER OF THE BALLOT  BOX. .  AS AN  ACTIVE DUTY AND NOW RETIRED MILITARY MAN I CAN TELL YOU I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR SUCH A HUGE LIE ROLL OUT OF THE MOUTH OF OBAMA.  WITH THE OBVIOUS RISE OF AL-QAEDA OF COURSE HE KNOWS  ACTIVE DUTY PEOPLE CANNOT  CALL HIM  ON IT ... AS THEY'D QUICKLY, AND I MEAN QUICKLY, LOSE THEIR  JOBS  IF THEY DID.   GLANCE DOWN THE ATTACHED LIST AND YOU'LL REALIZE WHAT THE CONTENT OF IT MEANS.  POWERFUL.  COMMENTS?

I was expecting intriguing news releases, prior to November 6th, but did not expect this!  This could be a game changer!   See below the remarkable list of many of the most distinguished military leaders of the past few decades that have agreed to be on the Romney Military Advisor Council and speak up ...

Location: Boston,  MA,U.S.A.

Today, Romney for President announced its Military Advisory Council.

“I am deeply honored to have the support of so many of our most accomplished military leaders,” said Mitt Romney. “Together we will restore our military might and ensure that America can defend and protect our interests, our allies, and our people, both at home and abroad. I will never forget that the greatest responsibility of an American president is in exercising the role of commander-in-chief. That role is sacred, and when I am president, I will never put my own political interests ahead of our military and our men and women in uniform.”

“I’m proud to be supporting Mitt Romney in this critical election about our nation’s future,” said General Tommy Franks, USA (Ret.), Past Commander, U.S. Central Command. “Governor Romney is committed to restoring America’s leadership role in the world. Instead of playing politics with our military, he will strengthen our defense posture by reversing the President’s devastating defense cuts. The fact of the matter is that we cannot afford another four years of feckless foreign policy. We need level-headed leadership which will protect our interests and defend our values with clarity and without apology.”

“I consider the unprecedented national debt amongst the five greatest threats to the security of our great nation,” said General James Conway, USMC (Ret.), Past Commandant of the Marine Corps. “And yet, I see no indication the current administration, if re-elected, is intent on changing that trajectory.  Clearly Defense should bear a portion of the burden in order to regain control of our debt, but the idea of massive military cuts -- at a time of increased global instability—should not even be in the cards. As I listen to Mitt Romney, I am convinced that he 'gets it'.”

Reason #47 to Defeat Barack Obama: Only in Abortionland . . .

vicfund-donate-sq-052312
With Barack Obama continuing to slip in the polls, speculation persists that Obama or his supporters will try to spring an “October surprise,” some shocking allegation to hurt Mitt Romney just before election day.

One web site suggested that abortion supporters might try to re-surface an old story that they apparently think will hurt Romney’s chances of getting elected if it gets out widely.

The story?  That when Mitt Romney was a church leader in the 1980s, he (gasp!) counseled pregnant women not to have abortions.

The people who give counseling to women in need are doing saintly work.  They help calm the stresses of an unintended pregnancy, they help support the woman’s needs, and they help save the lives of countless unborn children.  One woman who carried her child to term when Romney counseled her said she was grateful for his help.  Another said she never regretted having her child.

I’m convinced that many more Americans will applaud Mitt Romney for helping women in need than will criticize him for compassionately trying to guide women away from abortion.  Too many women know the pain of abortion, too many know the loss that might have been prevented had there only been a thoughtful counselor to give hope and alternatives the way Mitt Romney did.

That this issue is even raised is a sign of desperation among Obama supporters.  With their candidate falling in the polls and unable to staunch Romney’s momentum in the debates, Obama supporters are getting more and more desperate to find a silver bullet, one big hit that will effectively knock Romney out of the race and save the election for the president.  And in their isolated world where they claim abortion is some kind of “good,” some of them really believe that Romney will lose the “women’s vote” if he is seen to have counseled women not to have an abortion.

But their “Abortionland” isn’t a place that even exists.  Because in poll after poll, a majority of American women identify as pro-life.

Let me take a minute to thank not only Mitt Romney for helping to save lives, but to thank every pro-life counselor and volunteer working at a crisis pregnancy center or pregnancy resource center.  The wonderful work they do should never be demeaned.

But in the pro-abortion world of some Obama supporters, helping a pregnant woman and her baby is apparently not an act of generosity, but some kind of deviation from political correctness.

Their mindset has run Washington for too long now.  America needs a return to values, to common senseAmerica needs Mitt Romney.

Please help us elect Mitt Romney and his pro-life running mate, Paul Ryan, with your support of the National Right to Life Victory Fund in these last 10 days of the campaign.  We need to maximize the pro-life vote, and you can help us do it!

How in the world can backward thinking people take us forward?

ELECTION: Is this what TNT is endorsing?

Re: "With sobered expectations, Obama for president"
(editorial, 10-24).

Is this what The News Tribune endorses for America?

• An unemployment rate of nearly 8 percent today, when we were promised the rate would fall to 5 percent with the $800 billion-plus stimulus?

• A doubling of gas prices?

• $6 trillion added to the national debt?

• An increase of food stamp usage from 32 million to 46 million users?

• A nearly $4,000 decrease in median income for the middle class?

• A 2,700-page health care law with over 1,300 waivers given to Democratic allies and patrons?

• An increase of American deaths in Afghanistan from 630 to over 2,000 fatalities?

• An administration that doesn't know if Egypt is an ally or an enemy? '

• An administration that lied about the events surrounding the murder of the ambassador in Libya?

Doesn't America deserve better than what we have experienced over the past four years?

MARC E. SHEEHAN Federal Way

=====
Yes, Marc, Thanks for the reminder.  Lets encourage all voters to ignore the TNT recommendation and instead, vote to RESTRAIN all these evils from continuing under the current administration in Washington D.C.  We need to REPEAL Obama-care.  RESTORE individual liberty and REPRESS the growth of an evermore repressive government.  We need elected officials at every level of our government who will spend less, borrow less, tax less and stand up for the God given rights of LIFE, Liberty (guns) and the pursute of happiness (private property and a free market).  I PRAY for revival in America.  May the good Lord turn us from our sins to truth, justice and the American way.  Oh for traditional family values where children are raised in a way that is not tainted with an agenda of some usurper and designed to tear down the home and promote an unbiblical mindset.
Bottom line: Have you voted already?

They say they want to take us "Forward" but the question is - forward to where?  Shall we vote for four more years like the last four?  God forbid.  Are you asking your friends and neighbors to vote?  We need to answer the crooked political machine of the elite with a solid old fashioned American reply that makes it clear that we will NOT move any more closer to anti-American globalism and one world government control.
Early voting allows us to focus on our Get Out The Vote.

Voter Fraud news

Bad News on voter fraud

I did my first shift today as a volunteer election center observer.  All seemed to be going well from what all I could see.  There is still that underlying feeling of uneasiness however that some how, there are those that have with devious minds done and are doing things behind the scenes that the average honest observer cannot see or do anything about.  It is bad enough that we have to be bombarded with the Lies, half-truths and innuendos of the left wing propaganda machine but we are even being bullied and intimidated by union thugs, Black Panthers and now – even the United Nations. Tabulation of the actual “mail-in” votes that come in for my county for this 2012 general election will begin on Monday the day before the election.  Here are some of the news links that I read today when I got home.  It is bad news.  The election fraud that I feared is starting to be a problem already.

Well, anyway…  That’s enough.  I don’t feel like post any more.
