Dear Larry, I'm sure you have heard about the actions of the latest renegade public official in Texas. U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia (a President Clinton Appointee) made the Lone Star State the latest victims of judicial tyranny, toppling a marriage amendment that more than 75% of the state approved. Texas now joins the ranks of outraged voters in California, Utah, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Nevada, Kentucky, and Virginia, who've all seen their votes and right to self-governance vaporized by the courts' stampede toward same-sex "marriage." With one stroke of his pen, Judge Garcia attempted to undo the will of 1,723,782 Texans and then in his mind-blowing commentary, insisted it wasn't his intent to silence them. "Today's opinion is not made in defiance of the great people of Texas or the Texas Legislature," Garcia wrote, "but in compliance with the U.S. Constitution..." That's ironic since there is no fundamental right to marry in the Constitution. Fortunately, Governor Rick Perry (R) blasted the judge's lawlessness moments after the ruling came down. "Texans spoke loud and clear by overwhelmingly voting to define marriage as a union between a man and a woman in our Constitution, and it is not the role of the federal government to overturn the will of our citizens. This is yet another attempt to achieve via the courts what couldn't be achieved at the ballot box. We will continue to fight for the rights of Texans to self-determine the laws of our state." Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has already announced his intent to fight the decision. So what can you and your church do about this spirit of lawlessness (see 2 Thess. 2:6-12) let loose in the land, initially inspired by the Obama Administration's Department of Justice and their refusal to defend the federal definition of marriage in DOMA, which was then ruled unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court last summer? Here are two suggestions: First and foremost, we need to pray. Dear Senate Representative of We the People:

House Bill 2789 is needed to prevent unconstitutional surveillance which would violate our Fourth Amendment rights and the Washington Constitution's protection of freedom in our persons, our lives and our effects. 

At the Senate hearing on HB 2789, representatives from law enforcement agencies alarmingly gave testimony against constitutional limits on electronic surveillance.  Several governmental agencies also oppose constitutional limits on such surveillance.  Apparently there is governmental desire to have unlimited, unconstitutional drone surveillance of our rural/wilderness areas.  Whether that desire is to enforce an Agenda 21 slave state or pretending to stop terrorism is irrelevant and misses the point of the Bill, preserving our constitutional freedom.    
Our Constitution guarantees our freedom of conscience and freedom from tyrannical government.  Let's not forsake our freedom for a police state but maintain and preserve our God-given freedom and individual dignity guaranteed by the United States Constitution and the Washington State Constitution.  Your passing this protective legislation WITHOUT exempting amendments is expected and appreciated.  Thank you for living up to your oath of office.

URGENT ALERT: Current National Security Advisor Susan Rice admitted to NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday that the information she provided the nation during the 2012 Benghazi media blitz was INCORRECT, but said it was "what we had at the moment."

Rice maintained that no one intended to mislead the public…

But the facts we have been able to unearth ALL say otherwise.

Whatever Rice's intentions, the American public WAS misled when someone in the Obama administration – wherever they may be along the trail of breadcrumbs between the CIA, the State Department, the White House or elsewhere – changed the initial terrorism assessment to political talking points Rice used in an effort to inoculate Obama from blame!

The whole fantasy account claiming random violence in reaction to an anti-Islam Youtube video was an orchestrated, enforced, malicious LIE – spread far and wide for weeks and months to politically protect Obama prior to the general election – a cover up and criminal fraud for which MANY heads in the Obama administration should roll!

When moderator David Gregory asked Rice if she had any regrets about her admittedly false statements, she said "No."

"That information turned out, in some respects, not to be 100 percent correct," Rice said. "But the notion that somehow I or anybody else in the administration misled the American people is patently false. And I think that that's been amply demonstrated.

She also claimed not to know whether or not her Benghazi lies ruined her chances of replacing "What Difference Does It Make" Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State:

"I don't know," she said. "What I do know is that I [now] have a great job."

For Rice, there is nothing to regret – she played her role in stonewalling the truth for Obama, and got a big promotion.

Where is the accountability and justice for the Americans who DIED while this administration – at the least – played sleazy, vulgar, self-promoting politics?

As detailed in the FBI investigation, Muslims of America is a front for a Pakistani militant group called Jamaat ul-Fuqra, devotees of foreign extremist cleric Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani in Pakistan.

A 2007 FBI record states:

"The documented propensity for violence by this organization supports the belief the leadership of the MOA extols membership to pursue a policy of jihad or holy war against individuals or groups it considers enemies of Islam, which includes the U.S. Government. Members of the MOA are encouraged to travel to Pakistan to receive religious and military/terrorist training from Sheikh Gilani."

"The MOA is now an autonomous organization which possesses an infrastructure capable of planning and mounting terrorist campaigns overseas and within the U.S." reads the report. There are reportedly 22 such MOA-linked sites in the U.S. serving as communes and jihadi enclaves!

Make no mistake, while Obama designates Tea Partiers and homeschoolers as potential terrorists, MOA is presently running next to our citizens' own backyards,  jihadi bootcamp and brainwashing compounds that are training adherents on terrorism and Islamic guerilla warfare tactics to be perpetrated on America's sovereign territory, including these locations:

Mahmoudberg –Texas
Baladullah –California
Islamville – South Carolina
Islamberg – New York

The only way to stop this dangerous infiltration is for Congress to declare MOA a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) so its criminal activities can be ended!

Hi Folks: 


The US has entered into a contract with a real estate firm to sell 56 buildings that currently house U.S. Post Offices. The 
government has decided it no longer needs these buildings, most of which are located on prime land in towns and cities 
across the country. The sale of these properties will fetch about $19 billion.   


A regular real estate commission will be paid to the company that was given the exclusive listing for handling the sales. 
That company is CRI and it belongs to a man named Richard Blum.   Richard Blum is the husband of Senator Dianne Feinstein and is shown with her in the picture above. (Most voters and many of the government people who approved the deal have not made the connection between the two because they have different last names).

I heard the deal was not put up for a bid. Hmmmm you don't think that was on purpose do you...

Senator Feinstein and her husband stand to make an estimated $950 to $1.1 billion from these transactions. His company is the sole real estate on the sale. CRI will be making a minimum of 3% and as much as 6% commission on each and every sale.  All of the properties that are being sold are all fully paid for. They were purchased with U.S. taxpayers dollars. 


The U.S.P.S. is allowed free and clear, tax exempt use. The only cost to keep them open is the cost to actually keep the doors open and the heat and lights on. The United States Postal Service doesn't even have to pay county property taxes on these subject properties.   QUESTION?   Would you put your house in foreclosure just because you couldn't afford to pay the electric bill?  


Well, the folks in Washington have given the Post Office the OK to do it!   Most of the net proceeds of the sales will go back to the U.S.P.S, an organization that is so poorly managed that they have lost $117 billion dollars in the past 10 years!  


No one in the mainstream media is even raising an eyebrow over the conflict of interest and on the possibility of corruption on the sale of billions of dollars worth of public assets. How does a U.S. Senator from San Francisco manage to get away with organizing and lobbying such a sweet deal?   Has our government become so elitist that they have no fear of oversight?   And it's no mere coincidence that these two public service crooks have different last names; a feeble attempt at avoiding transparency in these type of transactions.
