Eating Right.

I went to the doctor for my yearly physical.


My blood pressure was high, my cholesterol was high,


and I'd gained some weight.


My doctor said eating right doesn't have to be complicated


and it would solve my physical problems. He said just think


in colors; fill your plate with bright colors; greens, yellows,


reds, etc.


I went right home and ate an entire bowl of M&M's and


sure enough, I felt better immediately.


I never knew eating right could be so easy.

We had another good day in church today at TLBC.

Our Ireland Missionary family is due back from their trip to


Kentucky this Tuesday. My uncle LJ leaves early Wednesday


morning on Amtrak and the Ellis family will fly out of SeaTac


for Ireland that evening.


I'm presently communicating with a brother in Christ in the Ukraine.


Without giving a lot of details I'll just say that there is a good possibility


that I may be taking a trip to the Ukraine before the end of the year.

I haven't done much on my home biz in the last couple of weeks but that


is one of the nice things about it.
I STILL got a check in the mail anyway.
