Reaping

One more week until Thanksgiving. I'm already looking forward to having all the family over. Marion always does such a fantastic job with the Thanksgiving meal. It is good to stop and remember that we have SO MUCH to be thankful for. Especially those of us who know the Lord Jesus Chrsit as our personal Savior. Take a look at some of the pictures of our past Thanksgivings on PictureTrail. click here

We had a very small band of prayer warriors at TLBC prayermeeting Wednesday night but what a sweet season. I've been reading excerps from "The Diary of George Muller" along with a scripture on prayer and it is blessing those in attendance. Pray for us and pray for our country.
Do you understand the LAW of sowing and reaping?

^ If you plant honesty, you will reap trust

^ If you plant goodness, you will reap friends

^ If you plant humility, you will reap greatness

^ If you plant perseverance, you will reap contentment

^ If you plant consideration, you will reap perspective

^ If you plant hard work, you will reap success

^ If you plant forgiveness, you will reap reconciliation

So, be careful what you plant now; it will determine what you will reap later. Two thousand years ago, Paul wrote to the church at Galatia the same storybut with fewer words, "What you sow, so shall you reap." (Gal.6:7)

We are grass that will wither and die, but the incorruptible seed of God'sWord will live forever.

1 Peter 1:23 Being born again not of corruptible seed but of incorruptible by the word of God which liveth and abideth forever.
