A year later

One year ago Obama signed the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009," popularly known as the Stimulus Act, into law. Obama and the Progressives in Congress promised that this economic stimulus program would create jobs and strengthen the U.S. economy. But a year later unemployment has risen to double digits and now they are talking about doing the same thing again. A basic definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. Talk about CHANGE. Boy, do we need it NOW! We have the same problem in Olympia here in the State of Washington. Tax and spend politicians that are owned by outfits like Acorn/SEIU, big Labor and the like. It is time for us to take some fiscal responsibility in our government. They should have to tighten their purse strings just like we have to.
