King 5 News released a poll conducted by Survey USA showing incumbent Congressman Adam Smith at 49% and Dick Muri at 46%, just one month after the primary election.

Originally, many political pundits were counting on this race as a safe Democratic victory. However, Adam Smith's voting record exposes him as a big-government liberal who votes in line with Nancy Pelosi's agenda.
Now, voters of the ninth district are rising up against Smith's "independent" rhetoric. No longer will you stand for reckless generational theft that puts a burden on future generations. No longer will you stand for government mandating your health insurance policy and health care decisions. No longer will you stand for a corrupt congress that lines their pockets with union and lobbyist money for payoffs in the form of bad legislation.
It's time for a change in leadership. That change is Dick Muri. Washington D.C. needs true fiscal conservatives to steer the country back on the right track. He stands for smaller government, lower taxes, responsible spending, and pro-growth in the private sector.
