Reasons to impeach Barack Hussein Obama.

There is definitive evidence that Obama has:

• Systematically abused power.
• Engaged in corruption.
• Disregarded the U.S. Constitution as the Rule of Law.
• Acted unilaterally against Congress in enacting law by fiat.

He violated the War Powers Act by initiating Military operations in Libya without Congressional authorization.

He breached our National Security when his administration leaked sensitive classified information that put our armed forces in jeopardy.

He violated the Hatch Act by offering administrative jobs to candidates for dropping out of a federal election.

He used bribery to implement ObamaTAX.  

He violated his oath of office and the Constitution by refusing to enforce immigration law and protect the borders of our sovereign nation.

He has held our American Heritage in contempt and continually bowed to the will of openly avowed enemies of our country and sided with globalists, totalitarian dictators, socialists and communists. 

He violated the Arms Export Control Act and caused the loss of American lives when his administration initiated the “Fast and Furious” program.

He obstinately refuses to be transparent with valid records and documents that may or may not prove his constitutional qualifications for the Executive Office of the United States of America. 

He violated the U.S. Constitution by issuing Executive orders to override Congressional votes and worked outside the system of checks and balances by appointing Czars that do his bidding and report only to him regardless of the rule of law. 

He continued to force ObamTAX upon the governed without their consent even though there was a court ruling against it.

He violated Federal Election Law by taking millions of dollars from foreign donors, refusing to reveal from where most of the money came.
