Born out of January 19's Guns Across America & Gun Appreciation Day resistance, the May 25th first-ever national Gun Rights Across America rally is OUR chance for the grassroots to TAKE BACK control of the moral high ground in the gun rights battle still raging in Washington.
Turning the gun debate BACK TO THE CONSTITUTION rather than "compromise" is now more important than ever with Barack Obama's yet-to-come EXECUTIVE ACTIONS against our Second Amendment rights, and on-going Congressional maneuvers to sell us out. Because after the recent stinging rebuff by just barely enough lawmakers to halt Obama's legislative efforts at unconstitutional gun control, Obama is MORE determined, not less, to take our guns.
With the help of his cronies in Congress and the lapdog media, Obama's aggression proceeds UNABATED. Make no mistake, WE MUST RESPOND to Obama's continued call on Congress to swiftly renew and extend more aggressive civilian gun and ammo bans than ever before enacted, to authorize more government "hoarding" agency ammo buys, and to expand federal control over our Second Amendment with more taxes, more bureaucracy and less freedom to exercise our constitutionally guaranteed rights.

Already, we are seeing renewed efforts by a desperately power-hungry federal government seeking to control the masses by stripping our right to arms.
Within just 48 hours of new 3-D printer technology to "print a gun" comprehensive blueprints free from Big Brother oversight, the Orwellian Obama administration stepped right in and prohibited it. In fact, it was the STATE DEPARTMENT – not the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives nor the Department of Homeland Security – that "ordered" the free gun prototype plan by a liberty-minded 25 year-old American removed, and just obliterated our First Amendment rights of free speech and Second Amendment Rights to arms for the sake of GUN CONTROL. They just weren't comfortable with Americans being about to exercise their God-given rights without Washington's censorship and control…
After a first round defeat on Capitol Hill, Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid and the rest of his anti-gun Obama-crat posse are regrouping and rehashing just how to go about shoving gun control down our throats – no matter what.

understand – an official inquiry of impeachment by Congress is NOT an
"extremist" measure against Obama's depredations against our rights!We the People MUST NOT FEAR to use the governing powers bequeathed us by our wise and prescient Founders!
Although impeachment has fallen into political disfavor with the elites and in the halls of Washington, in the wisdom and design of our Founders, impeachment IS the remedy for those officials who by professional or personal misconduct have violated the public trust and vitiated our republican form of government. Infringement or violation of the rights of the people, or usurpation of the constitutional powers and prerogatives of another co-equal branch of government IS grounds for impeachment, make no mistake.
Accordingly, Article VI, Paragraph 3, of our Constitution provides, "The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution…." And Article II, Section 4 notes, "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
The Founding Fathers clearly defined Treason in Article III, Section 3, Paragraph 1: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."
Bribery is well understood as the intention to corrupt or influence the public weal by offering, or a government official accepting, something such as money or favor, quid pro quo, for his vote or support in a particular public policy matter.
This leaves the deliberately broad category of "other high Crimes and Misdemeanors," which was understood by the Founders to be dishonorable or criminal conduct or a breach in the public trust.In his Commentaries on the Constitution, Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story (1811-1845; intellectual compatriot of Chief Justice John Marshall) explained: "The offenses to which the remedy of impeachment has been and will continue to be principally applied are of a political nature… [W]hat are aptly termed political offenses, growing out of personal misconduct, or gross neglect, or usurpation, or habitual disregard of the public interests."
We need Congress to initiate an impeachment inquiry of Barack Hussein Obama – NOW!
WE MUST LET CONGRESS KNOW THAT WE THE PEOPLE ARE WATCHING AND THAT THE CONSTITUTION WILL NOT BE IGNORED BY THEM NOR THE TYRANT IN THE OVAL OFFICE!
James Madison clarified further the requirement for impeachment during the debates of the Constitutional Convention of 1787: "[S]ome provision should be made for defending the community against the incapacity, negligence, or perfidy of the chief magistrate. He might pervert his administration into a scheme of peculation or oppression. He might betray his trust to foreign powers."
Put simply, a principal aim of the Constitution was to ensure that virtuous men would become the nation's leaders. Impeachment IS the remedy for those public servants whose misconduct results in betrayal of their oath of office to serve the people and uphold the rule of law. They have been entrusted with high office, yet THEY HAVE BROKEN TRUST WITH WE THE PEOPLE; they have failed to maintain in their conduct and in the institutions of the republic the integrity requisite to responsible self-government. Betrayal of the public trust is the disease – impeachment is the cure.
There is no doubt Barack Hussein Obama is long overdue NOW for an inquiry, and articles of impeachment!
YOUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES NEED TO KNOW WHERE YOU STAND ON IMPEACHING BARACK OBAMA! THEY MUST KNOW THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION!
