According to the White House Visitors Log, the IRS careerist president of the hard-left 150,000 member National Treasury Employees Union, Colleen Kelley, VISITED BARACK OBAMA on MARCH 31, 2010 at 12:30 p.m.
THE VERY NEXT DAY, the order went out for the IRS political assault against conservatives, says Treasury Department Inspector General's report! Coincidence? Not likely; more likely it's Obama's 'smoking gun' that will prove to tie him directly to felony abuse of the IRS against hundreds, perhaps thousands, of organizations and private citizens!
The IG report reads:
April 1-2, 2010: The new Acting Manager, Technical Unit, suggested the need for a Sensitive Case Report on the Tea Party cases. The Determinations Unit Program Manager Agreed.
And as Lord so adeptly reminds us with the infamous phrase from the run-up to NIXON'S IMPEACHMENT proceedings:WHAT DID THE PRESIDENT KNOW AND WHEN DID HE KNOW IT?
The NTEU represents IRS employees along with those of 30 other separate government agencies – its PAC endorsed Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012 and has thrown in HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO OBAMA AND OTHER LEFTISTS, SEEKING TO DEFEAT ANTI-TEA PARTY CANDIDATES! In other words… IRS employees were actively supporting Obama's reelection and financing anti-Tea Party candidates as part of their union PAC while in their official capacities they were blocking, auditing and outright intimidating Tea Partiers and patriots around the country!
But wait – it gets worse.
SIX DAYS after the 2009 White House Christmas Party, attended by Kelly as well as four labor "activists" representing AFL-CIO, SEIU, UNITE and the UFCW, Barack Obama issued an Executive Order 13522: "Creating Labor-Management Forums To Improve Delivery of Government Services."
In design and in effect, this presidential EO allows favored employees and unions to have pre-decisional involvement over ALL workplace matters – this is the same union that already dominated IRS employees. Jeff Lord uses the example of determining WHO gets a Blackberry and HOW big is someone's office. This is the same union who Senate Democrats Chuck Schumer, Al Franken, Max Baucus and others OPENLY URGED TO TARGET TEA PARTIERS AND CONSERVATIVES.
TIT-FOR-TAT. Democrats were DETERMINED to PUNISH the rightwing for their 2010 election victories; shut down the Tea Parties in the 2012 election cycle… and ensure that no repeat of 2010 would be allowed!
YET, NO ONE IS REVEALING WHO KNEW WHAT AND WHEN THEY KNEW IT!
Last week at Barack Obama's press conference with the Turkish Minister (the one where the unfortunate Marine was called in against Corps regulations to play butler and hold the 'Anointed One's' presidential umbrella), Julianna Goldman of Bloomberg News asked:
"Mr. President, I want to ask you about the IRS. Can you assure the American people that nobody in the White House knew about the agency's actions before your Counsel's Office found out on April 22nd? And when they did find out, do you think that you should have learned about it before you learned about it from news reports as you said last Friday? And also, are you opposed to there being a special counsel appointed to lead the Justice Department investigation?"Obama's response:
"But let me make sure that I answer your specific question. I can assure you that I certainly did not know anything about the IG report before the IG report had been leaked through the press."NOTE: GOLDMAN DID NOT ASK WHEN HE KNEW ABOUT THE IG REPORT.
Obama ducked. He dodged, and so far he's getting away with it as the quislings in Congress feign OUTRAGE while at the same time REFUSE TO EMPOWER A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR TO HOLD THIS ADMINISTRATION AND ALL OF ITS LITTLE INTERDEPARTMENTAL CO-CONSPIRATORS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR TOTALITARIAN ASSAULTS ON OUR CIVIL LIBERTIES!
As
of now the law for Special Prosecutors or Independent Counsels –
Watergate-style investigations headed by a prosecutor OUTSIDE the
president's Department of Justice – has EXPIRED and we all know WHY
Harry Reid and the Obamacrats will be very, very reluctant to
RE-AUTHORIZE that legislation! But can they seriously expect America to
accept a prosecutor from Eric Holder's shop to handle this scandal?We cannot possibly expect any justice out Holder's corrupt DOJ for ANYTHING – be it the IRS political targeting, BENGHAZI, Fast and Furious or that SIXTY MILLION medical records seized by the IRS ObamaCare compliance-Gestapo!
MAKE NO MISTAKE: These are not just "missteps" or "bad judgment" by some civil servant underlings. They are strategically planned political FELONIES!
EVERY SINGLE VIOLATION MUST BE PROSECUTED to the fullest extent of the law.
If we put enough of Obama's functionaries in prison, or in jeopardy of doing federal time, some of them will split on him. These crimes involve malicious violations of the public trust; they represent serious misdemeanors and FELONIES begging for jail time, NOT MISTAKES OR "POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"!
Accountability is what they did with the Watergate conspirators… people went to jail, even AFTER they cooperated.
That is what we must do RIGHT NOW.
