Dear Pastor Larry,
I am touched with that messages that you posted. When we pray we have to set our purpose of praying. During our prayer meetings we always discuss things to be prayed. Including the mission work there in Mabini. Doing mission work at the same time as pastoring and a teacher in public school is not easy task.
But I have to manage my time to answer the calls of different responsibilities. I meditate sometimes
and think sometimes to give up some responsibilities and who will do the missionary work and the
pastoral work? As of this time the gift that God gives to me is badly needed. It is specially so because my father is very old and sickly. I am doing the work he started in Mabini. It will come to my mind sometimes to ask my father a little amount from his allowance for my transportation . But I really understand that he really needs that love offering coming from the church of Tacoma more than me. We are very thankful to the church of Tacoma for the untiring support that you give to your missionary here in the Philippines. But seriously I feel today that being a missionary I really need financial, prayer and spiritual partner for my new job ministering in Mabini. I hope you understand. May God Bless you and to all our brothers and sisters there in Tacoma.

Dear Brother Dan,
Your father and our Missionary has told me about your need of financial help for the Mission outreach
you are doing. I have been praying for the work in Mabini especially. I also sent a note by email out
to several preacher brethren in my email address book about your efforts and your worthiness of help
as a faithful preacher of the doctrine of sovereign grace the the old landmark truth on the church.
I know the church where you are Pastor in Maco was fitly framed under the authority of TLBC here
in Tacoma and that you have biblical authority through that congregation there. Maco is like our daughter church and we would love to see her someday also organize a church in some place like Mabini. We are already prayer partners with you regarding that. I know exactly what it is like to desire to do more for the Lord but not have the funds to do the work.
Be advised that I will help in what ever way that I can but I am on a limited income too. The treasurer of the congregation here in Tacoma told me today that we have $700.00 in bills at the moment and so far this month we do not have the funds with which to pay them. We had special prayer about that today. We are going to see if we can get a cheaper rate on the insurance for the church property and I am forfeiting any special offerings to help pay some of my personal costs for living. In the past, I had a friend in Kentucky who would send special love offerings to be used as God leads and it was always at a very critical time in our ministry. That dear brother has now moved on to glory and none have taken his place as our helper under the providence of our God.
We have cut back on support to missionaries, revised some of our plans and I personally have asked the
congregation to put a hold on paying me any salary until we start to see better things regarding our
finances. Dear brother, not all American Churches are well to do in material wealth and things.
Please give me the information needed so if we or some other brethren are blessed in some way so
that they can send an offering to you, we will have the information needed to do so. I love you in the
Lord and appreciate your zeal in the service of the Lord. I think you may have inherited some of that
from our beloved Elder Cresencio Baldemor.
Yours in the old landmarks by sovereign grace,
Larry J. Killion, Pastor
