Bloomberg Buying Your Rights Away

Dear Gun Rights Supporter,

Gun-ban lobbying and the anti-gun initiative efforts here in Washington State have garnered more than $1.5 million dollars in support recently from a number of rich elites.

One of those shrill voices advocating gun-bans of course is the billionaire former mayor of New York City, Michael Bloomberg. The infamous gun-control ‘philanthropist’ recently wrote a check for $30,000 to the gun-ban lobby here in Washington State.

When asked if he can outspend the gun rights lobby in a recent interview with ABC TV’s Katie Couric, Bloomberg responded, “Oh, sure!”

Last year, Bloomberg flew in one of his paid gun-ban lobbyists to Washington State in order to push their gun control plan.

Right here in our own back yard, how dare they!

Michael Bloomberg even had full time armed police escorts as Mayor of New York. He also had the audacity and hubris to hire the same armed police guards full time, even though he’s not the mayor anymore!

Bloomberg isn’t just spending his billions to surround himself with armed police escorts; he’s also spending money trying to take away your right to guard yourself!

He’s the typical rich elitist poster child for hypocrisy.

And there’s no question about it, Bloomberg wants to deny you of your rights. His elitist politics and hypocrisy are simply too extremist and authoritarian for Washington State.

Bloomberg’s mantra may as well be: “Guns for me, but not for thee.” He simply doesn’t like you and I having guns to protect ourselves.

Our pockets are definitely not as deep as Bloomberg’s. But our voices are many. And we stand together ready to speak the truth to all citizens and voters here in Washington State.

I’m not going to stand around and let Bloomberg and his minions get away with their schemes.

Are you?

It’s about time we fight back against Bloomberg and push back against his gun-ban antics.

This is why we’ve started the I-591 movement. We must start with stopping gun confiscations and state abuses of the background check and registration system.

Don’t let Bloomberg buy our rights out from under us.

Your financial help is needed to offset the free spending campaign of our opponents.

We need to raise money now to print our first batch of yard signs and bumper stickers.

Sincerely,

Alan Gottlieb
