Last week the Obama Administration's FCC surrendered - backing away from its plan to put Obama Administration monitors in American newsrooms.
This week, we won another victory - a partial victory - as the Obama Administration's IRS took a step back from new regulations that would violate your First Amendment rights.
The IRS said its new regulations won't be ready in time for the 2014 elections. It even said it isn't sure there will ever be new regulations. We have the details:
But with this victory comes the need for vigilance. One suspects the IRS has not so much had a change of heart as it's delaying implementation until America's attention is focused elsewhere.
That's why you need to send a message. You'll never rest until the First Amendment is safe from the IRS and its extremist liberal friends in Congress.
