Give more of America Away?

The Obama Administration is about to give away control over the Internet. America made the Internet. We kept it safe. We made it the greatest tool of free speech the world has ever known. And now the Obama Administration wants to give it all away. If we give it away now, our control over the Internet will be gone forever. Who would get technical control over the Internet?
