Sharia Law Used by AZ Man as Right to Kill Wife
Islam still claims to be a religion of peace and they claim that they honor and protect their women. Under these claims, they say that they pose no threat to American culture or law and that they don’t understand why so many of us are against their religion.
However, what they preach is not what they practice.
Allow me to start with Pennsylvania Judge Mark Martin who converted to Islam. In October 2011 atheist Ernie Perce wore a zombie Muhammad costume to a Halloween event. Talaag Elbayomy, a Muslim, confronted Perce about his costume, told him it was offensive and then started to beat him. The attack was caught on video.
Elbayomy was arrested and charged with assault. At the trial, there was testimony presented by an officer who witnesses the attack along with the video. Judge Mark Martin, then dismissed the case against Elbayomy and lectured Perce about the sensitivities of the Muslim culture. In court, Martin told Perce,
"They are so immersed in it and what you've done is you've completely trashed their essence, their being. They find it very, very, very offensive. I'm a Muslim. I find it offensive."
Martin trashed local and state laws and disgraced the judicial system by ruling from Islamic law instead of American law.
America’s first Muslim congressman, Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) is the Co-chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. In 2012, he proposed the Inclusive Prosperity Act – HR 6411 – that would impose a tax on all Wall Street financial transactions. In Islam, it’s considered a sin to charge interest and that it should be purged through some type of penalty. In Ellison’s case, he wants that penalty to be in the form of a tax that this then used for the charitable purpose to:
“Expand opportunity for low and moderate income families, including strengthening the social safety net and expanding resources for child care, Social Security” and “Medicaid and Medicare” while “investing in education, student debt relief, job training and housing assistance to low income households.”
The ultimate goal of Ellison’s bill is to bring all of America’s financial transactions in compliance with sharia law. Now mind you, Muslims say they are not out to change America.
Now an Arizona Muslim is using sharia law as his legal defense for beating and threatening to murder his wife. According to police records, Ansar Muhammad, 43, of Avondale believed his wife was having an affair and confronted her. Then:
"Ansar picked the victim up, carrying her like a baby and put her in their vehicle against her will.’ He then proceeded to drive to the rear of a nearby Walgreens store where ‘Ansar began to assault the victim by punching her multiple times, leaving physical injuries on her face, neck, back, chest and legs.’"
When his wife continued to try to fend off his attack and escape, he threatened to kill her and told her that he had the right to do so under Islamic law. Then he drove her home and threatened to throw her in a lake if she didn’t stop resisting and be quiet. Muhammad knew his wife could not swim.
Finally when he fell asleep, his wife sought shelter at a neighbor’s house and the police were called. Muhammad was arrested at his home and faces charges of aggravated assault, domestic violence-impede breathing, assault-intent/reckless/injury, unlawful imprisonment, threatening-intimidation with injury and sexual assault. He is currently being held without bail in the Maricopa County Jail, run by my favorite county sheriff, Joe Arpaio.
The case of Muhammad is becoming a more common theme in America as more Muslims move here. Regardless of what they claim, they have every intention of changing America to a Muslim nation run by sharia law, not American law. I like the way former US Rep. Col. Allen West commented on the case of Muhammad and what’s happening here in America:
“In this Constitutional Republic known as America, the first unalienable right of the individual is life and according to the theory of natural law, that right emanates from our Creator — not some deranged fella — certainly not one from some theocratic-political totalitarian ideology.”“Samuel Huntington wrote a book back in the 90′s entitled, Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of the World Order. We indeed have a clash of civilizations, cultures, and values between the rule of law in this Constitutional Republic and that of Islamic sharia law. The solution is simple: sharia law is incompatible with the principles and ideals of Western civilization and that of America. It cannot be allowed to foment, percolate, infiltrate, or penetrate our system of governance. I don’t believe in cultural relativism or equivalence, as some may.”“I support the free exercise of religion and practice thereof. However, I will not support a seditious ideology, which seeks to undermine and potentially supplant our rule of law.”“War on women? What type of belief system instills in a man his right to beat a woman? That’s a rhetorical question, but I’m waiting to see if the liberal progressive cultural relativists can bring themselves to respond — correctly.”
