Larry,
One year ago, the IRS apologized, and the IRS lied.
Former top official Lois Lerner told the American people that the IRS targeted conservative groups, but said it was the work of low-level, rogue employees.
But now we know the truth.
Senior Obama Administration officials tried to stop the conservative movement in the run-up to a presidential election.
And their abuses continue to this day.
IRS officials still target conservative groups, they still disclose confidential taxpayer documents, and they still work with Congressional liberals to stifle your free speech.
They've defied Congress and they've stonewalled the media, but they can't avoid our lawsuit.
The ACLJ filed suit on behalf of 41 conservative and pro-life groups from 22 states.
We're at a critical stage in our fight against the IRS, and we need your help. Support with your tax-deductible gift the largest case in ACLJ history, the case that offers the best hope for stopping IRS abuse.
