With a secretive U.N. “Small Arms Treaty” conference set for August – likely resulting in a slew of new anti-gun regulations the Obama administration will seek to impose here in the U.S. – I’m counting on your IMMEDIATE action.

Since day one of President Barack Obama’s administration, gun-grabbers have salivated over the prospects of finally realizing the United Nations’ so-called “Small Arms Treaty.”

In the works since the 1990’s Clinton administration, the U.N.’s “Small Arms Treaty” is the gun-grabbers crown jewel.

It’s gun control on a global scale – setting the stage for international bureaucrats to finally realize their goal of registering and CONFISCATING firearms around the world.

Today, even after a handful of half-measures by Congress to hold off implementation, I’m afraid the gun-grabbers could very well get their wish – all under the guise of combating “Insurgents, armed gang members, pirates, [and] terrorists” according to the U.N.’s Department of Disarmament Affairs.

130 nations – including the United States – have signed on to the Treaty signaling conceptual support.  67 have ratified it requiring legal compliance with the U.N.’s demands.

The number of anti-gun provisions incorporated in the Treaty and now being pushed by the U.N. are almost too many to list.

But by far the worst of its provisions encourage nations that accept the terms of the U.N.’s “Small Arms Treaty” to provide the details of “end users” of firearms.

This is nothing more than gun registration – ensuring INTERNATIONAL bureaucrats have all the information they need to create a global database of gun owners at their fingertips.

Now, emboldened by the U.N. Treaty “entering into force” on Christmas Eve of 2014, gun-grabbers can hardly contain their glee.

They believe bureaucratic red tape, new regulations being imposed by the Obama administration – and new Treaty standards American gun manufacturers will have to abide by to export firearms to many countries – will ultimately bring the U.S. to its knees.

In April, a three-day training course was conducted for international government officials who signed the Treaty “on how to implement its provisions effectively” in Geneva, Switzerland.

In August, a secretive “First Conference of State Parties to the Arms Trade Treaty” is set to take place in Mexico City.

The doors will be closed to anyone who hasn’t supported the treaty.  But you and I know what their target will be.

To these international bureaucrats, petty dictators and one-world socialists, the U.S. and our Constitution has always been an affront to their utopian dreams for the globe.

So DESTROYING Americans’ individual liberties – including our right to keep and bear arms - has always been at the very top of their priority list.

They believe, with their “Small Arms Treaty,” they’ve created a domino effect that will ultimately bring our Second Amendment toppling down – especially with “one of their own” in the White House.

Shortly following this August conference in Mexico City, I’m expecting a slew of new anti-gun regulations the Obama administration will try to impose in the United States.

It’s already happened once.

Earlier this year, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) attempted to ban popular “green tip” ammunition.

This ban was virtually identical to the U.N.’s recommendations.  Not only that, but it was issued only three weeks after the U.N.’s proposed ban!

Thankfully, you and I defeated that scheme when National Association for Gun Rights’ supporters delivered 132,000 public comments against the ban – almost 45% of ALL the public comments received by the Department of Justice!

But I’m afraid more regulatory assaults are in the works.

And it’s the gun grabs in the name of “national security” that worry me the most.

From the get-go, “Small Arms Treaty” backers have claimed the true purpose of their scheme was to stop rogue nations from funneling arms to terrorists and other unsavory characters who fuel violence around the globe.

Yet, chief offenders like Iran, Syria and North Korea never even signed onto the Treaty – signaling they plan on ignoring its provisions.


Today – with the August “Small Arms Treaty” conference rapidly approaching, and more anti-gun regulations likely in the works – I’m counting on your IMMEDIATE action.



As you’ll see, your “NO U.N. Gun Ban” petition insists your U.S. Representative and Senators defund, investigate and stop President Obama’s bureaucratic schemes to impose any part of the U.N.’s “Small Arms Treaty.”

The good news is – if you and I can create a massive tidal wave of pressure on Congress BEFORE the U.N.’s secretive August Treaty meeting – it could derail any plans President Obama has to implement gun control before they’re even launched.

Regardless of what “excuse” the gun-grabbers try to use, both Congress and Second Amendment supporters across the country will be on high alert.

Any new regulation will be exposed as little more than an attempt to comply with the terms of the anti-gun United Nations’ “Small Arms Treaty” – angering a Congress that’s already said “NO!” to implementation.

But I must be able to count on your support to make that happen.

*** Internet, radio and even TV ads if I can raise the resources to ensure you and I “keep the troops in line” and ensure Old Guard Members of Congress don’t fall for Obama administration “national security” propaganda.

But it’s absolutely critical you act IMMEDIATELY.

This battle could not be more serious.

Even minor new changes in policy on firearms parts or ammunition importation can drive prices sky-high for American citizens, making guns just flat-out unaffordable!

The good news is, whether it’s exposing the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal, stopping President Obama’s all-out rush for gun control in 2013 or halting the BATFE’s AR-15 ammo ban, you and I have proven we can make a tremendous difference.

But I must be able to count on your support to help me continue to turn up the heat on Congress to stand up to President Obama.
