Monday is Veterans Day.

Thank You Veterans

I want to thank every man and woman who has given
time, effort, sweat, tears, loneliness, sacrifice, pain, sorrow,
patriotism, loyalty, love, bravery, and faith to their
work in keeping America safe and for giving us something
to live for, to fight for, to love for, and to believe in.
God is the first harbinger of all our blessings; and if
we lose our faith in Him, we shall perish. But with our
heads lifted high toward Heaven and our hearts stayed on
His purpose and our minds surrendered to His will, we
can have days ahead as we remember them in the past.
Many are fighting and some have died that I may
have the liberty to preach the Gospel. Thanks to those
who have been willing to do so. Let us always remember
and never forget that the service of our young in battle is
paramount to our being a free country. Let freedom ring!

Thank You, Veterans
It is the VETERAN,
not the preacher,
who has given us
freedom of religion.

It is the VETERAN,
not the reporter,
who has given us
freedom of the press.

It is the VETERAN,
not the poet,
who has given us
freedom of speech.

It is the VETERAN,
not the campus organizer,
who has given us
freedom to assemble.

It is the VETERAN,
not the lawyer,
who has given us
the right to a fair trial.

It is the VETERAN,
not the politician,
Who has given us
the right to vote.
