For as much as Obama gives lip service to "fairness," what he is doing with his Healthcare Law is anything but fair.
In case you haven't heard, Obama recently decided to delay the Healthcare Law's employer mandate while leaving the individual mandate intact.
In other words, Obama lifted the Healthcare Law's heavy requirements off of business, but left the Law's burdens on Joe Taxpayer untouched.
The fact that Obama is "re-writing" his own Healthcare Law via exceptions, waivers, and selective non-enforcement, shows just how bad Obamacare really is and proves that it never should have been made into law.
Rather than exempt businesses alone, Obama should exempt average American taxpayers from Obamacare's mandates also. Sadly, we know that is too much to ask --
If Obama's Healthcare Law is to be stopped, it must be stopped by the U.S. Congress.
With the House and Senate holding Washington's purse, given enough effort they could shutdown Obamacare completely without even repealing it.
This said, before the Federal Healthcare Law can do any more damage, Congress must completely defund it. That's right; U.S. Lawmakers must refuse to appropriate a single penny to further flesh-out the terrible Law.
We the Taxpayers never voted for Obamacare and we shouldn't have to fund it. No one should ever be required to pay for a law that tears up the constitution, destroys personal and economic liberty, and reduces the quality of our healthcare.
Obamacare has got to go!

While Obama is wrong to exempt businesses from Obamacare's weight without giving the American People the same reprieve, we can see why he did it: the Healthcare Law is shutting down the economy.
In May, Gallup reported that about half of small-business owners believe the Law will adversely affect their businesses - and over fifty percent of those polled believe that Obamacare will not only lower the quality of care for employees, but raise costs for employers.
A damning Chamber of Commerce study released yesterday confirms that business owners' "concern[s] about the 2010 health care bill rose significantly in the past quarter and for the third quarter in a row."
"Only 17% of small-business owners report adding employees in the past two years, a slight decline from last quarter," says the report. "Only one-in-five small business owners believe that they will add employees in the next two years. 61% do not have plans to hire in the next year. Nearly one-in-four employers say the health care bill is their biggest obstacle to hiring more employees."
Not only are businesses not hiring or planning to hire, many are firing workers and cutting hours. The report continues:
"Twenty-seven percent [of business owners] say they will cut hours to reduce full time employees, 24 percent will reduce hiring, and 23 percent plan to replace full time employees with part-time workers to avoid triggering the mandate."
With harrowing statistics like these, it comes as no surprise that the Obama Administration would try to cover their behinds and delay the employer mandate before more of the economy shuts down.
However, rather than ask for the law's repeal, Obama simply wants to postpone all of Obamacare's evils so they kick-in when he is out of office.
We can't let that happen - If Obama can't even manage his own Law, no one else should be required to.

Reid, Pelosi, and Reality
Though Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) says that Obamacare "has been wonderful for America," we know the opposite is true.
If the law is so wonderful:
- Why does it threaten to put one million low-income Americans out of work and on welfare?
- Why have 17 states cut child-only plans leaving kids with less coverage?
- Why is it filled with "delays, glitches, and problems"?
Like Reid, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has called Obama's Healthcare Law "fabulous" - In fact she claims the unconstitutional law fulfills the founders' wishes as written in the Declaration of Independence! - despite the fact that Obamacare has caused thousands in her own state to lose coverage after two major insurance providers announced their exit from California.
Though Reid,and Pelosi may refuse to acknowledge Obamacare's terrible reality, not all members of congress are living in the "fabulous" and "wonderful" world called fantasy.
U.S. Representative Tom Graves and Senator Ted Cruz recently introduced legislation that would shut down Obamacare by drying up its funds: the "Defund Obamacare Act of 2013."
