URGENT: More than TEN MONTHS after the Benghazi attacks folks, we are still being given the runaround by the Obama administration. Instead of the truth, we've gotten nothing but more cloak and dagger cover-up tactics ranging from HIDING SURVIVORS or otherwise forcing them to sign onto Obama's cover-up schemes. Washington is even HIDING THE MARINE COLONEL WHO COULD TESTIFY ABOUT WHAT SPECIFIC ORDERS HE RECEIVED FROM WASHINGTON!
Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA), who has spearheaded finding out the whole truth about Benghazi with H.R. 36, took to the House floor on Thursday saying that the Benghazi terror attack survivors have been forced to sign non-disclosure agreements [emphasis added]:
"On Tuesday I raised the question of why none of the Benghazi survivors, whether State Department, CIA, or private security contract employees have testified publicly before Congress," said Wolf.
"According to trusted sources that have contacted my office, many if not all of the survivors of the Benghazi attacks along with others at the Department of Defense, the CIA have been asked or directed to sign additional non-disclosure agreements about their involvement in the Benghazi attacks. Some of these new NDAs, as they call them, I have been told were signed as recently as this summer."
Like us, Wolf too smells yet another rat in this whole scandal following a recent Marine Corps Times report that Col. George Bristol, the Marine colonel who was in command of Joint Special Operations Task Force-Trans Sahara during the Benghazi attack, is still on active duty despite Pentagon claims that he retired and thus could not be forced to testify before Congress….
"If these reports are accurate, this would be a stunning revelation to any member of Congress, any member of Congress that finds this out and also more importantly to the American people. It also raises serious concerns about the priority of the administration's efforts to silence those with knowledge of the Benghazi attack in response."
"So today I ask, how many federal employees, military personnel, or contractors have been asked to sign additional non-disclosure agreements by each agency? And do these non-disclosure agreements apply to those undercover or have non-covert State Department and Defense Department employees?"
Wolf finished: "I do not expect the Obama administration to be forthcoming with answers, but if this Congress, if this Congress does not ask for the information and compel its delivery, the American people will never learn the truth. Any federal employer employee or contractor who has been coerced and is silenced through a non-disclosure agreement should expect that Congress [will] ask to speak out on their behalf and compel their voice to be heard. That's why I, along with 159 of my colleagues, support a Select Committee to hold public hearings to learn the truth about what happened that night in Benghazi."
HE NEEDS YOUR HELP.
While Congress tries to browbeat answers on the NDAs from the Pentagon and elsewhere, Col. Bristol holds the next key to what happened in Benghazi and specifically in regards to the chain-of-command.
Marine Corps Times points out that as commander of Joint Special Operations Task Force-Trans Sahara, he was in a position to know what options the U.S. had to protect Americans under fire… BUT WE CAN'T SEEM TO FIND HIM after the Defense Departments' lies that because he stepped down in March, he cannot be forced to testify.
"Col. Bristol was not invited by Congress to testify before he retired," said Air Force Maj. Robert Firman, a spokesman with the Office of the Secretary of Defense. "The DoD has cooperated fully with Congress and the Accountability Review Board since the beginning of this investigation, and we will continue to do so."
Interesting thing is, he is not retired until AUGUST!
Meaning right now he is preparing for retirement – and that's according to Maj. Shawn Haney, a Marine spokeswoman, in complete contradiction to the statements issued to both Congress and the media by the Pentagon.
In a CBS News report earlier this month, however, Chaffetz questioned why the Pentagon couldn't find Bristol.
"They say he's retired and they can't reach out to him," Chaffetz said. "That's hogwash."
"Africa is not the next ridgeline," Bristol told Stars and Stripes during his March retirement ceremony. "It is where the enemy is going now. And we are going to do something about it."
As much as we know that this – Barack Obama's foreign policy collapse – played at least somewhat of a role in the Benghazi pre-election (and continuing) cover-up, why can't we hear from Col. Bristol now?
Why can't we – or Congress at least – hear from Benghazi survivors when they hear every other manner of the most confidential information from a slew of government agencies?

NOW we're thinking cold, hyper-politicized pre-election pressure from the highest levels – designed to make Obama's 2011 "not-a-war" in Libya appear a victory despite the al Qaeda chaos and then to COVER IT UP – truly is to BLAME FOR THE COLD BLOODED ABANDONMENT of Amb. Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty!
Still – 9 MONTHS AFTERWARD – not one of these State Department elitist snobs is being held accountable, but the YouTube filmmaker scapegoat is STILL IN JAIL!
Clinton herself has yet to testify UNDER OATH…

Clinton is preparing to RUN FOR PRESIDENT. Obama is busy promoting or otherwise rewarding his secret-keepers in order to contain his COVER UP. And Congress appears ready to MOVE ON when the American people ARE NOT!
While Congress is embroiled in the "Gang of Eight" amnesty fight, they are losing focus on Benghazi. They should be asking TOUGH QUESTIONS even now that the media's attention has been diverted by Team Obama with the timely release of abominable but new and shiny scandals that DO NOT involve dereliction of duty that got our people KILLED.
They SHOULD be continuing to fight for the TRUTH and JUSTICE of Benghazi!

You would THINK that if the RNC takes it upon itself to file a Freedom of Information Act request for the release of all "Benghazi Emails Between Obama's Reelection Campaign and State Department" that House Speaker John Boehner – A REPUBLICAN – would do SOMETHING – but apparently he's not there yet… even though 154 of his colleagues ARE!
To put it in perspective, that's nearly TWO-THIRDS of the HOUSE REPUBLICANS clamoring for a Watergate-style Select Committee to handle this investigation!
THE UNOFFICIAL 'HASTERT' RULE SAYS THE SPEAKER SHOULD ONLY TAKE UP LEGISLATION IF THE MAJORITY OF HIS PARTY AGREES – AND GUESS WHAT! THE MAJORITY OF HIS PARTY AGREES THAT WE NEED H.R. 36!
"I think there's a lot of frustration up here among members that the stuff that's coming out now should have come out a while ago, and we should be diving a lot deeper on it," one congressional source in support of the resolution told The Daily Caller.
But none of that appears to be bothering Boehner… yet.
BOEHNER MUST HEAR FROM YOU!
We must press on for Select Committee clout before Benghazi is once again buried under all of Washington's other mis-doings, justice is never served and something just as terrible happens all over again!
White House spokesman Eric Schultz called the document release of emails on Benghazi an "extraordinary step" and said that "hopefully" Washington can move on… but our fight is FAR FROM OVER!
MORE "extraordinary" than providing some of what Congress needs to perform its duty in oversight is that it took MORE THAN EIGHT MONTHS to pull together 100 pages of ELECTRONIC documents – something an intern could do and would be expected to do in half an hour anywhere else.
But we all know that's not how Washington works…
While there has been some blunt talk by Constitution-minded incumbents like top GOP Senator Jim Inhofe (R-OK), IMPEACHMENT BEGINS IN THE HOUSE and although 159 members of the House have added their names to H.Res. 36 to open a special select committee armed with the authority necessary to commence further meaningful investigation – like that conducted for Watergate which led to Nixon's pending impeachment and resignation from office – House Speaker John Boehner has yet to act ON ANYTHING!
It is vital that we get FORCE Speaker John Boehner to SUPPORT AND PASS H.Res. 36 – after all, IMPEACHMENT BEGINS IN THE HOUSE!
Boehner is a COWARD who believes he lost his previous leadership position under Newt Gingrich's tenure as House Speaker because of the Clinton Impeachment. Of course, what brought that "team" down was hubris, arrogance and mismanagement – and a hefty dose of loss of principle and no courage of their convictions… hmmm… sound familiar?
But his history makes Boehner the WORST possible Speaker to have at the House helm with a true TYRANT like Obama to contend with. This is why Boehner will NOT authorize H.Res. 36 unless he is utterly FORCED to; with a Select Committee, the GOP would by default control the investigation and the impeachment proceedings and all the warning signs are blaring that the Benghazi fallout is only going to get worse and worse and worse – as in the kind of details to expect are the ones that will ultimately get us the necessary 66 vote threshold to finally achieve a conviction with impeachment in the Senate!
Not too long ago in a radio interview, Sen. Inhofe said that "of all the great cover-ups in history" – including the Pentagon papers, Iran-Contra and Watergate – Benghazi "is going to go down as the most serious, most egregious cover-up in American history."
"We may be starting to use the I-word before too long."
WE MUST TELL CONGRESS TO START USING IT NOW!
Inhofe goes onto say that "this is not a short story, this is something that was re-discovered after eight months…" The only reason it took so long was because of Congress' LACK OF SPINE!
We do not have another eight months, or another eighteen months and the 2014 elections, to wait for justice. Slippery Barack Obama will talk his way out of it with all his happy helpers invited endlessly to the CLOSED DOOR White House press meetings to receive "deep background" propaganda, oops, I mean, information that provides the requisite damage control.
Congress knows that just as well as we do.
Among the myriad of lies, distortion and red herrings, the Obama administration talking points on Benghazi in the immediate aftermath were highly-edited 12 TIMES! The White House blamed the CIA via an ambiguous "joint interagency" process. Now we know it was actually the White House – but ONLY AFTER FORMER CIA DIRECTOR DAVID PETRAEUS' MARRIAGE WAS DESTROYED RIGHT AS HE WAS ABOUT TO TESTIFY…
THIS WAS NO COINCIDENCE.
Similarly, it is NO COINCIDENCE that Hillary Clinton's chief of staff, Cheryl Mills – the one and the same who was accused in 1998 of breaking several election laws to filch potential Democratic donor records, lying under oath AND concealing documents sought under subpoena – has been accused of intimidating murdered Ambassador Chris Stevens' deputy Gregory Hicks from cooperating with congressional investigators in Benghazi OR on Capitol Hill!
Hick was even DEMOTED out of sheer vindictiveness and retaliation for bucking Mills' threats and cooperating with Congress.
And now, to cope with all their hard work at LYING to the American people and avoiding responsibility for MURDER, the Obama administration has tossed out a scrap of meat – the IRS persecution of Tea Partiers and patriots in the hopes that it's enough to distract and deflect from Benghazi witness revelations dominating the news cycle and making H.Res. 36 MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER!
Except guess what? The "distraction" ploy is turning into ANOTHER gigantic scandal all its own, as more and more victims of Obama faction political persecution continue to come forward "out of the shadows" … and it remains to be seen if this strategy ultimately backfires on Obama with SERIOUS political blowback of its own.
WITH ALL THE COMPETING SCANDALS, WE MUST COMPEL BOEHNER TO GET SERIOUS, AND AUTHORIZE A SPECIAL SELECT COMMITTEE BEFORE CONGRESS AND AMERICA AT LARGE GET TO FEELING OVERWHELMED.
They could easily decide Obama has too much on his plate, and it is really not right to blame the "guy in charge" for everything…
The Obama administration is counting on distracting America. It's their only hope in avoiding accountability…and you better believe that if we relieve the pressure on Congress that is EXACTLY what will happen. JUSTICE WILL NEVER BE SERVED FOR OUR FOUR AMERICANS ABANDONED TO TERRORISTS – AND OUR DIPLOMATS ABROAD WILL BE SITTING DUCKS FOR EVERY JIHADIST AND TERRORIST IN THE WORLD!
WE must continue fighting for justice for these men – PLEASE, KEEP DEMANDING H.Res. 36 TO MAKE SURE BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA AND HIS BENGHAZI CO-CONSPIRATORS ARE IMPEACHED, INDICTED, DISGRACED, DISQUALIFIED FROM ANY HIGH OFFICE IN THE LAND!
While all of the condemning details of the Benghazi COVER-UP have not yet been revealed, there is no lingering doubt that those in Obama administration put their own selfish political interests and ambitions before American lives –then they LIED ABOUT IT.
Obama, Hillary and all others with authority in the Obama administration MUST BE HELD RESPONSIBLE – AND WITH ENOUGH SUPPORT FOR H.Res. 36, ALL THOSE WITH BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, AND TO THE FAMILIES OF THE MEN KILLED BY THEIR LUST FOR POWER.
Yes, high-ranking diplomats and government officials were cut out of official reviews and bullied into silence – and their emotion was evident as they came forward with the truth about what happened on Sept. 11, 2012 when terrorists stormed the compound. The terrorists tried to use petroleum fires to drive Ambassador Chris Stevens and State Department Information Manager Sean Smith out of the Benghazi not-a-consulate's safe room, resulting in their deaths by asphyxiation. Along with the slain Stevens and Smith, later two others – Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods, who disobeyed orders in a valiant and successful rescue operation of other personnel – lost their lives saving those Americans who had been abandoned by the Obama administration.
We learned that Stevens was only in Benghazi to do the prep work for Hillary's plans to declare Benghazi a permanent diplomatic station – a blatantly political pre-election show of Obama's exaggerated claims of defeating al Qaeda terrorism in the region, underscored by Lt. Col Andrew Wood, who led the U.S. military's supplemental security efforts in Libya, WHO HAD RECOMMENDED THAT THE BENGHAZI MISSION BE CLOSED BECAUSE OF ITS EXTREME SECURITY RISK!
Not only did the Obama administration for the sake of POLITICAL AMBITION refuse to do everything in its power to save these men, then they LIED about it – and they are still LYING, to cover their failure up, to sweep it under the rug.
Hillary herself is now subject to several perjury charges – OR SHOULD BE – at least three times over – for lying about doing everything in the Obama administration's power to secure the compound, for lying about the YouTube video causing the attack, and for lying about the Obama inner circles' gun-running scheme.
New details also reveal that the cover-up even hindered the FBI's investigation into our four men's deaths, as the official Obama LIES directly contradicted the Libyan president's statements that it was a pre-planned, predetermined terror attack – and the insult and affront of Obama's false narrative in contradiction understandably caused consequences. They resulted in a withdrawal of help from the Libyan government in securing the compound or navigating its bureaucracy.
WHO GAVE THE ORDERS TO "STAND DOWN" AND WHO GAVE THE ORDERS TO CHANGE THE TALKING POINTS FED TO SUSAN RICE FOR THE NATIONAL SUNDAY NEWS SHOWS? We already know that the YouTube excuse was just that… and that the talking points were changed IN THE STATE DEPARTMENT with Hillary's people involved, not by some obscure interagency cohort of anonymous, blameless individuals!
We learned that LIFE-SAVING help, a Special Ops team specifically trained in crisis response to events such as the Benghazi terror attacks, was a THIRTY MINUTE FLIGHT away and was told to STAND DOWN as they attempted to board a plane to Benghazi.
We heard just as Congress did, Amb. Chris Stevens' second in command Greg Hicks testify on Wednesday that he was "stunned," his "jaw dropped" and he was ashamed and "embarrassed" when Rice blamed the terror attack on an "irrelevant" Internet video that others have compared to a bad Saturday Night Live skit, in other words, something completely inconsequential to the events precipitating the deaths of our four Americans.
Reacting to Rice's television interviews blaming the anti-Muhammad film, Hicks stated, "I've never been as embarrassed in my life, in my career, as on that day."
And WE have never been as embarrassed as AMERICANS as we have been EVERY DAY that the Obama administration PERSISTS in giving us the run-around and Congress has done NOTHING – not even after the administration spent $70,000 in taxpayer funds for propaganda denouncing the anti-Muhammad film throughout the region to make their LIE MORE CONVINCING!
WE MAY NOT HAVE TO WAIT MUCH LONGER TO FINALLY SEE A PATH TO JUSTICE EMERGE, BUT WE DESPERATELY NEED H.Res. 36 TO IMPROVE OUR ODDS AGAINST THIS SLIMEY, DUPLICITOUS ADMINISTRATION!
As retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney told WND, "It is a dereliction of duty that this nation has never seen before."
As for consequences, he tells us "the consequences will go right into the Oval Office."
THIS MEANS IMPEACHMENT. THE TRUST BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVE AND THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF THESE UNITED STATES HAS BEEN BREACHED.
Impeachment. Of Obama. Of Hillary.
Of anyone who deliberately ABANDONED our men, and then LIED about how and why these Americans died. Of anyone who did nothing to save American lives, who was willingly complicit in sacrificing them because high- ranking, power-hungry, consequences-be-damned politicians wanted to win.
It's up to us to make sure that, in the final calculus, these politicians LOSE, and that the deaths of these brave patriots who perished in Benghazi are NOT IN VAIN!
The STAND DOWN order is grounds for impeachment. "The only person who could have given it was the president, and he had to give it through the secretary of defense, secretary of state. The word came out so it came from the combatant commands and other units below, but nobody could have given that except the president of the United States, and that is very clear," said Gen. McInerney.
"When is the exact minute he knew? We don't have the timeline, and it was well before the secretary of defense and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff went over there. He only talked to the secretary of defense one time, so it's obvious he knew that he had given the stand down order and did not need to talk to the secretary of defense or anybody else after that," McInerney insists. "Then he goes the next day out on a fundraising campaign to Las Vegas. That is a low for the commander in chief of this great nation."
This retired Lt. General confirms that the stand down order could only have come from the president himself.
To whom Obama issued that order is all we need to know to put impeachment of the Tyrant on the fast-track.
The only thing we are lacking is Congress' POLITICAL WILL to IMPEACH HIM!
We can still rally the "bipartisan" support we need to KEEP DEMANDING ANSWERS AND JUSTICE, AND FINALLY WIN THEM, even if the White House flack, Press Secretary Jay Carney thinks he can just dismiss the abandonment and resultant MURDER of four Americans as "NOT A SCANDAL"; as something that "happened a long time ago" – and therefore, an irrelevant event.
A BICAMERAL SPECIAL SELECT COMMITTEE INVESTIGATION WITH FULL SUBPOENA AND DEPOSITION POWERS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY CONGRESS AT ONCE!
THE WHISTLEBLOWERS WITNESSES MUST BE PROTECTED AGAINST OBAMA ADMIN INTIMIDATION, THREATS AND PERSECUTION!
CONGRESS MUST COMMIT TO CONVICTING HILLARY CLINTON FOR PERJURY, AND INVESTIGATE HER FOR ABUSE OF SUBORDINATES UNDER COLOR OF AUTHORITY!
AND AN IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY OF BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA MUST COMMENCE NOW!
We cannot allow Barack Obama and his media minions to distract Americans from seeking the truth that the nation, and the families of the Benghazi four – Amb. Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods – deserve.
