Keep the FAITH.

There are those who are working to topple natural marriage and religious freedom in America in one fell swoop.  It is past time for those with traditional values to take a stand and say NO.  It shall not stand.

We are bombarded daily with a perverted view that all of us should believe that "same-sex-marriage" is acceptable and inevitable.  That, dear reader, is simply not true.   Right now only 19 States have bowed to the will of left wing extremists on this issue.  The remaining 31 States refuse to move away from the historic and natural definition of marriage.  If you do the math, nearly two thirds of the U.S. stand firm on the union of one man and one woman as the only natural definition of marriage.

Sad to say that the radical left is not swayed by the fact that America overwhelmingly supports natural marriage.   The present administration is abusing it's power to pressure the 31 States to legitimize "same-sex-marriage" and have not only announced that the federal government will recognize "same-sex-marriage", in spite of the Defense of Marriage Act, but they urge all State Attorney Generals to ignore their State laws prohibiting "same-sex-marriage."

Considering the fact that the Supreme Court of the United States recently reaffirmed that the historical and essential authority to define marriage rests with the States and yet the radical extremists on the left continue to ignore the law of the land, can only lead one to deduct that the plan and agenda of this movement is to use "same-sex-marriage' as a tool to eradicate religious liberty in America.   If they are successful, the fundamental right to live according to your faith in the public square will not exist.

The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition.  It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices.  It guarantees freedom of expression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely.  It also guarantees the right of citizens to assemble peaceably and to petition their government.

Although the mass media is very quiet about it, there is indeed a toxic mindset being propagated in American society that is assaulting Christians for exorcizing their first amendment rights.  Photographers, caterers, bakers, florists and others are being slammed for not delivering goods or services due to their biblical values.  News reporters have been fired for not speaking favorably for "same-sex-marriage" and the so-called gay lifestyle.  TV star Phil Robertson was temporarily dismissed from his hit TV show for saying homosexuality is immoral.  People of faith from all walks of life are being persecuted not for what they have done but for what they believe.

If these things give us any concern at all, there are some things we can do.  Find a local congregation of Bible believers who will not compromise the truth for the sake of political so-called correctness. Unite with them and stand against evil.  "The good men may do separately is small compared with what they may do collectively."  - Benjamin Franklin .  Work with local political activist groups , like the Tacoma 912 Project, that stand on traditional values and form rallies, discussion groups, candidate forums, constitution classes, and make general efforts to reeducate the public about these important moral issues.  http://www.meetup.com/The-Tacoma-9-12-Project-Meetup-Group/members/9913590/  Vote for candidates and laws that support the moral values of natural law and the 10 commandments.  Support national organizations like Family Research Council.  http://www.frc.org/  Do not give up.  Keep the FAITH.  Galatians 6:9.   And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.  KJV. Jude 1:3. ...earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.  KJV.
