Dear Gun Rights Supporter, The Marysville Globe has exposed the latest threat to our passing I-591. Individuals from out-of-state in Washington, D.C., and New York are planning an all-out assault on our gun rights. The article noted how gun prohibitionists in Washington State had recently returned from Washington, D.C., where they attended a strategy meeting on how to beat Initiative 591, the Protect Our Gun Rights Act. The article also highlighted that gun prohibitionists who attended will hold a meeting on October 7th to outline the plan they brought back to defeat I-591. Gun ban supporter Rev. Sandy Brown of the national Methodist Church who supposedly helped draft I-594, will host that meeting. Sources tell us that we can expect an “October Surprise” that will kill our chances to pass I-591. That is why we must have the funds to double our media buy for the week of Oct. 13th when the ballots arrive in voters’ mail boxes. Please donate now. As you know, we have to pay for all of that TV and radio time in advance by Tuesday of next week. That week is the most critical time for our whole campaign.
