don’t have to be a marathon runner or a bodybuilder, but you do have to
take the time to improve your physical fitness. Self-defense will
typically include some form of physical exertion. If you are training to
defend yourself, keep in mind that you might have to fight just to
access your firearm. The stronger you are, the more likely you are to
prevail in a confrontation.
