a battle won but the war continues

NumbersUSA
26 states win early court battle but another Amnesty rolls on.
Only NumbersUSA funds ICE lawsuit.
Larry,
A federal appeals court this week upheld an injunction that bars President Obama from granting amnesties and working papers to millions of illegal aliens under his 2014 executive amnesty. This is a huge victory, but it represents only a single battle: it's only a "temporary stay" until the court can hear the final case, and the injunction does not apply to his earlier amnesty for young people.
That's right: Obama is continuing to amnesty hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens under his earlier, 2012 executive amnesty.
And the legal battle to stop him is being funded by only one organization: yours!
Our goal is to raise $50,000 this weekend.

Don't let Obama get away with it! Help stop him by supporting the ICE agents' lawsuit. They're suing because they will have to choose between violating federal law if they comply with the Obama administration's unlawful directive, or risk "adverse employment action."
The judge hearing the case has already stated that the plaintiffs were "likely to succeed on the merits of their claim that the Department of Homeland Security has implemented a program contrary to congressional mandate." But their case was initially tossed on a technicality... starting a lengthy appeals process.
The agents are not done yet; their fight continues in the courts. But they don't have the financial support of the 26 states suing Obama over his 2014 amnesty. They need you.
NumbersUSA is the only organization financially supporting the ICE agents' lawsuit. Without your financial help, there will be no one to challenge these illegitimate actions of President Obama.
We have to continue to oppose Obama's amnesties on every front, including inside Congress. For instance, our lawsuit would be moot the moment Congress endorses Obama's amnesties.
These costs are far beyond our normal citizens' advocacy costs. We've raised significant money for the ICE agents case since 2012. But now our fund is dropping very low even as our appeal gets to a critical phase.
We need your financial support, now. We need to raise another $50,000 right away!
